Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies strictly and exclusively to payments made online through the official Learning platform of Solitaire Infosystems Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) available at: https://solitairelearning.comlearning/ By enrolling in any online course or program and making an online payment, you (“User”, “Learner”, “you”) agree to the terms stated below.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies ONLY to ONLINE PAYMENTS made via:

  • Payment gateways
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI (gateway-processed)
  • Wallets integrated with the website
Offline payments are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • Cash payments
  • Direct bank transfers / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
  • Manual UPI transfers
  • Cheques
  • Any payment not processed through the official online checkout system

2. Refund Eligibility (Online Payments Only)

A refund request will be considered only if all the following conditions are met:
The request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of online payment.
The learner has accessed not more than 10% of the course content.
No certificate has been issued.
The refund request is supported by valid transaction details.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be provided in the following cases:
Payments made through offline modes (cash, bank transfer, cheque, manual UPI, etc.).
Change of mind after enrollment.
Partial or full completion of the course.
Downloading or substantial consumption of course materials.
Failure to attend or complete the course.
Technical issues caused by the user’s device, internet connection, or third-party services.
Violation of platform terms or misuse of content.

4. Course Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within the eligible refund period. Once course access is activated or content is consumed beyond the allowed threshold, cancellation will not qualify for a refund.

Acknowledgment will be sent within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original online payment method only.
Processing time: 10–30 business days, depending on the payment gateway and banking partner.
No cash or alternate payment method refunds will be issued.

7. Policy Changes

Solitaire Infosystems Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
Changes will apply prospectively and will be effective upon publication on the website.
